They started off fine. They were able to place good tenants. First 4 months of service was OK. Then for 2 months there were delays in the owner draw (they failed to transfer the owner payment on time for 2 consecutive months). Suddenly, they altogether stopped paying. They claimed someone overdrew from the business account. I fired them immediately. Now they claim to have mis-managed funds. Do not hire them again!!!!
Description of Work: They were property management company. They were supposed to place tenants, collect rent and attend maintenance requests.
