 + -1 moreThis is a Safety Issue, and my suggestion is do not lease here if you care about your own Safety. The complex has changed owners and if you need any assistance after the office is closed, like security, or help from staff you may get a call back or be ignored. This apartment complex is all marketing, once you sign the lease and you need any real customer service it seems everyone is out of luck. You will find out quickly like I did their bad treatment is written into their company policy and your stuck in their lease. It's the worst customer service and rental experience I have ever experienced. Beware it's all smiles an chipper hello's until you need help or security, then you will feel like an idiot for renting from this complex, this is not a safe place based on the companies policies. You may spend the night on the street trying to contact a locksmith like I did thanks to the management policies for this complex.
Description of Work: I discovered after becoming a resident and being locked out of my apartment at 12:30 am, When I tried to contact the security officer and I left messages. I was left waiting for 2 hours for a call back in the middle of the night, I waited so long my iPhone battery ran down. I eventually walked to a service station from the apartment complex, I have a lease here. I charged my phone and reach someone at 2:45 am. I was told they do not assist residence if they are locked out, I was told to call a locksmith, took me until 6 am to get back into my apartment. Once you sign a lease this place does not care. This is not an isolated event, but it was part of three late or no reply issues, this was just the worse experience.
