 + -1 moreWe called on his cell, which he answered while out of town. He gave some phone advice for free then came to remedy as soon as was back in town. He found the freon leak, replaced the part and freon. Cost $310. No trouble working with our tenants. Professional. Definitely will use again.
Description of Work: Checked on a freon leak in AC unit, replaced some parts and got ac going again with one visit within about 48h of talking to him.
