All-American Exterminating Co

This company took over a month to install a sump pump for my basement. During the process, they pulled up wet carpet & padding in one room, folded it up onto the dry, clean carpet and left it for over a month. Also, when they pulled up the carpet they scratched the newly painted walls which have to be re-painted. Now the owner has sent someone to do the repair work caused by his own employees and the person he contracted with will not show up or even call to say he is not coming. This is the third month I have been waiting to have this work completed and as of today, May 7, 2018, the work has not been finished. I do not know when the owner can/will find someone to finish the repairs. No one from the company gets back in touch with me with any definite information. I have stayed at home for almost 3 months waiting for someone to show up and do the work but no one ever comes. The owner is no help whatsoever in this process.

The technician is very professional and knowledgeable. We have been using this company for a while now and are very pleased with the results.

I am very happy with the person that comes out to do the application. He is just a really nice guy, very friendly, and I enjoy having him come by; I will continue to use them as long as he continues to service this area. I am however not too happy with the company; the only problem I have with them is it seems to take them forever to process a check when I send it.

I have been using them for five years. Their service is excellent because we don't have termites. The servicemen are nice.

Contracted for Termador treatment but due to the rains that year they could not get to me for about a week. In the meantime I found live infestation and they were able to come out immediately and treat the area. Overall I am very happy with their services. What I am not happy about is the $200+ yearly fee to maintain the warranty.

I have used All-American Exterminating Co for 18 or 19 years, and I am very pleased. They also cover my home for termites. My biggest problem is spiders because we live in a very wooded area. They are pretty much on time, but sometimes run a little late because of traffic.

I really love the work that they do, as I don t see any bugs in my home. If they come before I get home, they always leave a card on my door letting me know that they have been here and done the work. The price is pretty good for a one year contract.

WE really like our pest control company. They are very affordable. They do the job very well because we have had no termite evidence since using them. We feel they do a great job and take care of us as customers.

WE BOUGHT A 28 YR OLD HOUSE AND THE TERMITE LETTER WAS PROVIDED BY ALL-AMERICAN AT CLOSING. AFTER WE TOOK POSSESSION OF THE HOUSE, I DISCOVERED A SOFT SPOT ON AN INTERIOR WALL. I CALLED ALL-AMERICAN AND MIKE FOSTER CAME OUT TO INSPECT. I WAS WORRIED THAT I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF REPAIR SINCE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS HAD ONLY A RE-TREAT BOND AND SINCE IT WAS OLD DAMAGE AND NOT AN ACTIVE TERMITE COLONY, BUT MIKE SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT FOR ME. THEY RETREATED FOR TERMITES IN THAT AREA AND ALSO REPAIRED THE DAMAGED DRYWALL AND TRIM AT NO COST. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH ALL-AMERICAN'S BUSINESS PRACTICE! I ENDED UP HIRING THEM FOR MY QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
