This company is great. This guy knows the meaning of customer service and truly cares about his customers! He is the only plumber I'll ever call!

They are very reliable and very reasonable. The work is excellent and always turns out right. The price was way cheaper than anyone other company's.

Very good experience. I got a response to my initial call on the same day and met the plumber at my house. Based on my own decision to replace the 11-year-old hot water heater rather than attempt to repair it (no pressure to do that from plumber), work was scheduled and completed the next day by noon. Because I was without hot water, I did not compare estimates or get a very specific one, but there was other work on installing a T and on repairing venting, which required removal and replacement of a section where it went inside a concrete piling. Final cost was $1650.00.

Ken came out 1/2 hour after I called him to unclog a toilet. He was very courteous. They did the work quickly and at a fair price. We would definitely use them again.

They came out as scheduled. They didn't take long to finish the job and they cleaned up the entire mess. They charged just as they quoted and their customer service people are very friendly. The technician that came out was very respectful of my home.

I called All About Plumbing for an estimate as well as 4 other companies. All About Plumbing was very competitive with pricing and Scott was very knowledgable. He walked me through the different type of pipes available and what he thought would be ideal for me. Even though the job took a half a day longer than he expected because of some large tree roots in the way of where the new pipe had to go, they were completely fair with pricing. I am completely happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone! Scott and Ken, thanks again and GREAT JOB!!!

During our kitchen renovation, I had inadvertently snapped a copper pipe at its solder. Ultimately, I had to cut off water to the house to keep the crawl space from flooding. My wife was not very happy with the prospect of continuing our renovation without running water and I was strongly encouraged to call a plumber. I called All About Plumbing because they had a good review on atlanta.citysearch.com and because they are very close to the house. I called at 10:00 a.m. and met the plumber (Scott Lankford) at my house at 11:30 a.m. He was there for approximately 30 minutes and everything was spiffy. I definitely paid a lot for a half hour of work, but I was told before hand what the minimum charge would be, so the price was not a surprise. I did get Scott to answer a bunch of other plumbing questions for me, and he gave me a tip if I ever need a quick, cheap way to cap a pipe myself again in the future. I'll probably be calling him to install a new hot water heater.
