Description of Work: It went well.The tech was knowledgable and made some good suggestions for placement of the devices. No complaints after a year of service. The monitoring service is SUPERB.

Description of Work: I had an alarm system placed in my home. They did a good job with the exception of breaking a piece off of my large chest of drawers ( no anything one would notice). It was the attitude that really bothered me (Oh well it was very heavy to move by myself). I also had a problem with the alarm not working well and their response was to just block off that alarm and we'll get to it).

Description of Work: I have used this service for years. They did the installation and upgrades. I have not had them do any work for more than 5 years, just the monitoring, which is excellent. I pay 16 or 17 dollars a month for service.

+ -1 moreI think they are very affordable. They use very new hardware and it s easy to find replacements for them. They are very professional, nice and courteous and I feel safe with them.
