AFFINITY GARAGE DOORS

They tried to charge me over $600.00 but I ended up paying $450.00. I later found a company that installs the same liftmaster unit for $300.00. They give you a price based on how much money they think they can get out of you. Please search around or do it yourself. These people were once trustworthy but now they are treacherous.

They came as scheduled, very promptly, and after I told them the opener stopped working after an electric storm, they determined that the circuit board needed replacement. They replaced it, and made sure the door was working well before they left. Service, punctuality, professionalism were very good. However, they charged $280 + tax for the job, and I saw online that the circuit board cost around $80, which means they charged $200 to come out, do about half an hour of work, and leave. I find that too expensive. Also, when I asked how much the replacement would cost, the service man hesitated as though trying to figure out how much he could get from me. He was right in his estimation. I later called another company just to get a quote, and he said it was $80 for the service call, and about $80 for the circuit board.

I called them on a Saturday at 4:30 PM. They were at my house within 30 minutes and fixed it

Worst customer service experience of my life. I felt like the price I was given was to high. I asked Robert the technician and John the manager to break out the material and labor for me. They said they dont do that. I called and spoke to a manager. The manager was extremly rude. He wanted to argue instead of trying to help me.Then when I told him i was going to give them a bad review online, the manager stated and quot;there will be repercussions for thatand quot;

Affinity is a high quality team. They called me back right away and scheduled the appointment for the next day. They offered me both morning or afternoon time slots and showed up right on time. They were professional and courteous. I have their card taped to the wall right next to the opener panel and will call them back if I have any other garage door issues.

They were fast, courteous and went above and beyond! We were visiting someone for the first time and my husband ran into their garage door. We called Affinity Garage Doors and they responded right away. Not only did they repair the garage door, but they adjusted her opener (which had been making a noise before my husband spiced things up) to alleviate the noise! Needless to say the door was better than before we hit it and this made us and the homeowner extremely happy! Everyone we spoke to was gracious, kind and very honest (no hidden fees or promises about what they would be able to do or not)! We have used them since the incident for basic garage door issues and they always provide excellent service! Highly Recommend!

They were very responsive. They fixed a broken spring.

He came out and was very prompt and the price was very fair.

I thought that they were very honest and they did the best they could for me. I liked that they showed up on time and he called me to tell me when he was on his way. I would definitely recommend him. I also liked that they were half the price of what another company charged.
