Description of Work: This company is such a fake, they make you think you are the most important person in the world to them, calling, checking, calling to re check and then when they load your furniture,,,, FORGET IT-- you will not hear from them and when/if you can talk to them they talk to you like you are an idiot. When I ask where my stuff was, they said , " In transit". I ask where. they say "In Transit. I ask do you know when it will be delivered, They said, I CAN'T PREDICT THE FUTURE- and also told ME to quit being ignorant , Yes they said that to me> 7 to 10 days delivery is now up to 19 days... They said If you would have read the contract you would have seen it CAN take up to 30 days,. But they told me 7-10 days... This company is rediculious.They are rude and disrespectful and have absolutly no customer service. They are not helpful at all. Im guessiing they have never moved, and I planed my move so that I would be here just a few days without my stuff.. Now I am having to eat out evey meal and sleep on the floor of my new house because they are RUDE and could care less about you after they sign you up. I have the last payment, and they may just have to wait on that and see how they feel !!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. I checked the reviews, I couldn't find a moving company that had all good reviews so I choose the one with the least bad ones., So they must have had their own people go in there and say something good about them. When I get my stuff I will be blowing up their web page and calling the director!!!! Just please please please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

 + -1 moreThey were supposed to be here Thursday morning, but did not show up until Friday. There was a problem with the communication. They were difficult to get ahold of, and are not very responsive. At this point I am still wondering when I should be receiving my things. I have left many messages, and am still waiting to hear back. They men that showed up seemed professional and did a good job. However, so far I would not rate them very highly. It has not been a very good experience.
Description of Work: They moved me from Georgia to New York.
