+ 0 moreExcellent! Andy and his crew did an outstanding job. This is a rental property that was left in very bad condition by the previous tenants; the 3 bathrooms and kitchen were filthy. When the job was finished I couldn't believe how immaculate the house was! Really great work, will definitely hire again.

Description of Work: Advantage cleans my house every 3 weeks and they do a fabulous job! They clean 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 half bath, kitchen, living room and dining room.

Description of Work: I own some investment property and my tenants left it in a complete shambles. I called Andy and he was extremely understanding and helpful. He was able to send a crew the next day to help clean the house before my new tenants moved in. They gave me a quote on the spot, which was very reasonable; it took them several hours to get the place back into shape. I was very impressed with the quality of work, their worker Alex was VERY fast and did a great job! I will use Advantage from now on, my previous cleaner was unable to help me in this bad situation.
