+ -1 moreI would no recommend this company to anyone. They showed up 2 days later than promised. We were told there would be a $79 service call fee plus any parts that were needed to fix it, which we were good with. When the tech showed up and looked at the fireplace he said it needed to be troubleshooted and there was a loose wire causing it not to ignite. He quoted me $699 to repair it, I told him that I could buy a whole new fireplace insert for that price. He called his boss and said he could do it for $499. Long story short he cleaned it up, fixed the loose wire and was done in about 20 minutes. When I told him that the logs were not put back the right way he wanted to argue with me and said that I can re-arrange them however I wanted and he was done.
Description of Work: The gas fireplace would not start/ignite.

+ -1 moreHave absconded with my money without completing the work. Have called thrice over the past month, each time promised a call back from a supervisor within 24 hrs, but no call back.
Description of Work: The fireplace casing needed repair. The technician assessed and gave me a quote for the work promising he could get it back up and running. Work was estimated to be completed within a week. Showed up once, started the job by demolishing the back wall of the fireplace, then no-show.

+ -1 moreLong story short, I called yesterday to schedule an inspection of my Fireplace. The lady that took my request spelled everything wrong many times when I gave her my information but stated there was availability between 8-12 today, Dec 11. It took her forever to schedule and she made multiple errors i had to correct, including name, phone number, and street address, but she assured me in the end it was all right and that it would be scheduled the next day, Dec 11th. When reviewing everything, she stated the 17th… which i immediately asked her about and she said she misspoke. I told her I needed to be sure bc I had to take off, and she stated it was the 11th and id receive a confirmation email. I did NOT receive a confirmation email and it was NOT scheduled for the 11th. I called today at 12 after not hearing anything and he told me it was scheduled for the 17th. This is ridiculous and no way to run a business.
