+ -1 moreGreat - everything was easy and although it took me a while to get my stuff together. Very patient with me, this fit into my busy schedule, even were able to help get my husband's signature for me virtually since he was traveling for work.
Description of Work: I needed to refi my home and get out of an adjusting HAMP note, so Josh Dollar with Access National Mortgage was able to get me a really great rate, and he literally walked me through every step of the way. I am way too busy to dig up papers, but they helped me get the docs I needed and were so pleasant to deal with. A fast, easy closing, no nonsense at the closing table and I am set to pay off my home in less than 15 years! So much better to deal with a real person, not a website - handing off all my financials is less scary when I deal someone I know and trust. A true professional and gentleman -- can't wait to do another real estate deal!
