Eric was very helpful and patient in assisting us with the products we were interested in for our windows. He was very professional and customer focused. Jeremy installed our window treatments, which came in earlier than expected, so that was a plus. We were so impressed with Jeremy and how he did the installation all by himself, assuring that everything was level and installed to our satisfaction. He was very professional did an awesome job! We will definitely call Acadia if we have additional needs for window treatments.

I Love my Plantation-Shutters! Eric Peace, the Sales Consultant, was amazing! He displayed and explained all my options; sizes available in loviers, colors to match my window frames, etc. His professional advice and recommendations were very much appreciated! When I thought no one could possibly Top Eric Peace's Standard of Excellence....Along came the installer, Jeremy Anders. Jeremy impressed me with his work ethics and wonderful personality. I absolutely loved my experience with Acadia. I called and immediately spoke to a pleasant lady named Hillary who had a sales rep to my house in just a few days. Our sales rep, Eric Peace, called before he arrived and he arrived early. He was amazing with his expertise and knowledge on everything I had questions on. He even gave me some really good recommendations that I’m so glad I listened to. He was able to give me a quote right there for multiple options and WOW I was SO excited for the price! Not only were we getting the best product on the market, we would be paying much less than I had anticipated. Five weeks later, Ben arrived and installed the most beautiful shutters in my home! I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Ben also called before he arrived and was quick, efficient and did a beautiful job. I’m so glad we chose Acadia and I would recommend them to everyone!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Acadia Shutters and more specifically Eric my Sales Consultant . They have so many great choices to choose from that I was very unsure which way to go , but with the help of Eric he sent me out samples I could affix to my windows even after doing the home consultation to help me make up my mind. My experience with Acadia Shutters was first class from beginning to end. They did everything they promised, showed up when they said they would and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. Eric Peace came out to my home and without pressure, showed me all of my options for plantation shutters, and helped me to figure out what would work best in my home. He was kind enough to price everything out by individual room and window so that I am able to add a room at a time as the budget allows. I started out with 18 windows...an investment for sure! Acadia's prices were about the same as the do it yourself sites that I visited online. It took about 6 weeks to have my custom shutters ordered and installed..exactly as promised. Cedric was the installer and I thought for sure he would be there from morning until night to finish that many windows properly. He came in after 3 1/2 hours to let me know he was finished and ready for me to inspect them. I was amazed! They were all up, worked perfectly and looked beautiful. He gave me touch up paint in case I need it in the future. I can't imagine having to install 18 plantation shutters myself. So happy I decided to call these guys. It was a bit of a splurge, but my favorite thing for sure and worth every penny. Plus, my resale value just went up by thousands!...not that I ever want to leave now.

Eric Peace came out and measured all our windows and went thru the options for plantation shutters. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He said it would take 5 to 6 weeks to make and 5 weeks later they where installed by Cedric. We only did the first floor to see how they look and WOW! We plan on doing the upstairs next and Eric already has the measurements. I’m very impressed with this company due to the quality of the shutters, Cedric, and Eric who was fantastic to work with! Eric arrived promptly and well prepared. He was very well informed regarding the products and very professional. We placed the order and the shutters and blinds arrived in a timely fashion. Brian the installer called to notify us he was on the way. He installed the products quickly and was also very professional. Very refreshing to deal with a company that arrives on time, has great employees and cares about customers.

Eric did the initial sales / dog and pony show. Brian performed the installation. Excellent sales and service does not say enough for Eric and Brian. Both were outstanding, curtious and professional. They were also very respectful of our new home (shoe removal) due to new stain and finish coat on hardwood floors. We were very impressed with Acadia the company and could not be more pleased with the service and support from Eric and Brian. I would recommend Acadia to anyone in need of window treatment(s). The Sales Consultant, Jamie Anderson, was quite professional. He readily answered my questions and there was no pressure to buy the product. He thoroughly explained the procedure for removal of my old blinds and the installation process. He also followed through with my subsequent questions via email. The sales and installation was exact and on time regarding the scheduled date. I am delighted with my new blinds. I would recommend Acadia Blinds/Shutters.

We are so glad we went with Acadia, and it's been one of the best ways we've stepped up the comfort and look/feel of our home. We almost ordered blinds online and tried to install them ourselves, but I'm so glad we didn't. These guys came to our home, walked us through samples, did all the measuring installation for us, AND were still about the same price as if we ordered online and tried to DIY it. (Oh and really nice people.) Highly recommend!

It was an excellent experience from start to finish! Carol McKenith was our consultant. She is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and thorough, a true professional in every sense! Carol helped me pick the perfect colors and even provided helpful suggestions for décor. Whenever I called her with a question, she responded within 10 minutes. It was a pleasure working with her. Our installers were Jeremy for the blinds and Jesse for the shutters. They both were quick and efficient. The blinds and shutters look absolutely beautiful! My husband and I are so pleased that we went with Acadia!

It went from start to finish when a young woman by the name of Carol McKenith entered my so very nice and professional really knows and likes her job and Jeremy the installation guy was great also have already recommended them to my neighbors

After measurements were taken it took three weeks for the blinds and valances to be ready to install. Once installed we noticed that the valances had been improperly measured. Initially, the sales rep tried to convince us that the installed blinds were correct. After contacting Acadia CEO it was determined that the valances were incorrectly measured and would need to be replaced. Eight weeks after placing the initial order the new valances were installed and the order was completed to our satisfaction.

It is without slightest hesitation that I recommend shutters by Acadia. They have earned my trust for the quality of design and construction and for the personal service of their associates. Acadia was my first and only choice for shutters to compliment the complete renovation of my 1924 intown bungalow and they do not disappoint in design or execution. Their consultant, Carol, took amazing care to provide all options for my shutters and they carry her personal imprimatur as well as my own, for I am both homeowner and architect. Carol’s unparalleled commitment to my satisfaction with the shutters and the personal care she took to ensure it are hallmarks of a true professional dedicated to her craft. Everything was perfect, will and his team were very professional, friendly, and great to work with overall. Will made wonderful suggestions as to what would look best in our home. I would definitely recommend using them if you are considering having blinds or shutters installed. I will definitely be calling again in the future!
