Stone was very helpful as we went through the inspection process to sell our house. He explained what truly needed to be fixed, why, and did not try to sell us products or services we didn't really need. I would call him again.

My HVAC system was not blowing cold air. I called Gagne HVAC (they replacec my Coil 21 months earlier) and they came out 2 days later spent 2 hours fiddling around before telling me the Compressor was dead and I would need a whole new system for over $4,000. I have been down this road before with Reliable, Casteel and Coolray. 2 Years ago they all said I needed a new system. John with Able Heating & Air is an Independent. He does the work on the clubhouse at my Condominium complex. I called him on Friday morning and he offered to come out same day. I asked about Saturday and he said sure. He came out the next morning and even called ahead to see if being early was OK. After arriving, In 25 minutes my AC was working again for only $185.00. It was a bad capacitor connected to the compressor. It seems most HVAC companies are only interested in selling you a system. People like John will actually fix it and save you a ton of money in the process.

I selected this company because they are nearby (in Sandy Springs) and are staffed only by veteran HVAC guys.

John Csima is the owner and he is the ultimate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and very fair in his pricing. He has an answering service so you can call him at any hour and he will call you back. I really like the fact that John takes time to explain exactly what he has done and the details of his repair. He is the best!

The team was professional and they did everything that they promised. My wife and I are very impressed.
