Though I had a small project, Randy handled it professionally and with great attention to detail. I was very impressed that he fit my project into his schedule at short notice. His communication was superb.

Randy Abbott was fantastic to work with. I put in a request late one night when we noticed a leak in the rough during heavy rains. Not only did he respond within 30 minutes to my distress call, but he also worked us in the next day to come by the house. Randy did a great job of laying out the issue as well as all the options so fix, along with his recommendations (what we would do if it was his house). Randy Abbott was very easy to work with. He took the time to explain what the issues were with my roof and how to fix it. He did not push to replace the whole roof, in fact recommended against it as the shingles are in good shape. The issues was a poor installation from another contractor (prior to my owning the house). He fit me into a busy schedule. I would highly recommend Randy and his company.

Randy Abbott came out and looked at the leak area and pointed out some other issues. We had to replace a sheet of plywood, put in new vent pipes and shingles. Work was done quickly and everything is great. We've had a lot of rain since then and no leaks!
