It went fine. They were very punctual.

I called Terri for the first time at 14:30 and explained my situation. She listened thoughtfully and then made several suggestions of possible courses of action. Each of these were appropriate and thorough. She was quick to point out ways in which I could get the same service from her for less money. Less than 12 hours later we had an air quality report sufficient to allow my company to work in this 25,000 sq ft space. Thank you Terri! I don't relish the thought of dealing with environmental hazards in future work places, but at least I know I have someone capable and trustworthy to call if I do.

The job was expertly done. The actual work took about two hours not counting time to explain the job thoroughly to us. For several hours after the work was done the area smelled like a public swimming pool while we aired it out. Then everything was clean, fresh and ready for inspection. Fortunately the structure was not affected, and the cleaning material returned the wood framing to a normal appearance. Several days after the service, we received a report showing the work done, including a safety data sheet for the cleaning chemical, and a copy of Terri's professional mold remediation certification.

I had Terri from Abatement Contractors Unlimited come out to look at a rather large patch of moldy drywall in the hallway ceiling of a foreclosed property I had purchased. I wanted to have it removed by a professional, because even though prior testing had shown it wasn't the killer "toxic black mold", it can still cause problems if not handled properly. Luckily for me, Terri was able to have her crew come out the very next day to take care of this problem. They were running behind after the previous appointment, but instead of pushing me off until the next day, the crew worked late to finish my job. I'm very happy with the job that Terri and her crew did for me. From the start, Terri was very responsive in her communications. When they were running late, she kept me informed. And I got a status update once they had arrived and started working on my ceiling. I'll definitely use Abatement Contractors Unlimited in the future and I highly recommend that you give her a call if you have mold problems.

Terri and her team did an amazing job. She's punctual, professional and knows her stuff. After we tore down walls in the basement of our house, we realized there was structural damage. At this point, we had already signed a contract with Terri to complete several issues in the home. Because of the cost of all the damages, we had to ask Terri if we could only do half the work and she understood. She revised the contract and didn't hold us to the original. I don't think that would've been okay with any other contractor. I'm so glad we decided to go with her company.

I am extremely satisfied with the work Terri and her team did in my house. I called Terri one morning, and by 1 pm she was at my house examining the problem and doing an estimate. When she gave me the estimate I decided to hire her to do the job. I was in a big hurry to get the job done, but I knew I was going to have to wait a couple days. During her visit, Terri told me she was going to be able to come in about a week and that she would call me if something opened up earlier. To my surprise, I received a call from Terri that same day a few hours later and she told me she was able to put a crew together and that they were going to come next day. I was very happy! Next day, the entire crew showed up on time (even a little earlier) and they worked in my house for almost the entire day. The preparation work was done very carefully and professionally. The whole area where they were working was completely sealed. After they were done, I could no believe how clean everything was and how well the work had been done. Terri is great person and she is very knowledgeable about what she does. She is very professional and at the same time very approchable and easy going. I will use her company again without hesitation and I will recommend her to friends and family.

Terrie and her team were awesome! She came to visit our home two times to give estimates for asbestos abatement work. During the abatement process of removing tile from the basement floor our home built in 1969 she discovered mold. She recommended we do some demolition work ourselves to save money. She was honest and did not try to take advantage of us. Abatement Contractors are great consultants and very professional.
