Description of Work: Amnon and his crew were great. They were friendly and punctual, did great work, and were patient with all of my questions. It took a bit of time to get everything scheduled, but everything was incredibly fast once the service was scheduled. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Hired to hang pictures, a large mirror, a towel ring, etc. They were 45 minutes late and didn't even apologize for being late. Horrible attitude and rude. Were bothered to even be asked to measure the wall to find the center to hang my painting. I had no confidence in their ability to do any of the work and sent them home after a few minutes.

Description of Work: Good service. There was some miscommunication about the materials, but I will take partial ownership for that.

Description of Work: I had a list organized by priority. First was to replace the two drain fittings in kitchen sink. I purchased the parts. Second: adjust all the hinges on kitchen cupboards. Third: Replace (or repair) two door handles with locks (I purchased the new handles). Fourth: Repair plaster where curtain rod pulled out of wall and re-hang rod. Fifth: repair cracked grout in guest bath tub. |I was surprised to learn that Amnon, the owner of A&P Designers, told me that there would be two people coming and thus the time alloted was three hours not 6. This was not revealed in the original agreement. We agreed upon a date and time. They were 30 minutes late with no call to inform me. |After we reviewed all the items to be addressed (I had sent Amnon this list ahead of time), they started on the sink drains. It took both men to work on this with many problems. Pipes did not fit with the new fittings. I made two more trips to hardware store for additional pieces. This task took up most of the three hours. However, the hinges were adjusted, door handles replaced and wall patched and rod rehung. When I looked at the door frame where the new latch fit, there was a gapping hole behind it. No attempt to fill this with wood or plaster putty. I asked Amnon if he intended to leave it like this. He said he could fill the hole and did. They did not have time to address the bath tub grout. I paid an additional $35.00 for time in excess of three hours. My kitchen hardwood floors were a mess with plumbers putty. But, the next morning, I noted that the pipe under the sink was leaking. I called Amnon and they made arrangements to return later that day. Again, different pipe fittings were required. We had a huge water mess in basement and under the sink before the project was completed. Amnon did not charge any more for the return visit and repair.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $189 Handyman for a Day. Overall, they did great work!

Description of Work: 2 very small jobs. One was minor concrete work filling in a crack and the other was electrical. Both were done well and professionally. The only issue (and it was a small issue to me since these were not critical repairs) was getting it scheduled. I understand well that it could be fill in work, but it did take almost a month to get them out to do the work and I had to email a couple of times. However they always responded and when they did come out everything was fine. Would I use them again? Yes.

Description of Work: They pressure washed, caulked and painted the outside of the house, replaced damaged wood, fixed and cleaned the gutters, installed gutter guards, fixed screen windows, fixed jammed doors, installed a dishwasher, installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed damaged drywall, changed some locks, changed two ceiling fans, fixed leak in the roof, and fixed garage door. They also cleaned up all the flower beds, cut the grass, trimmed bushes, sprayed for weeds and applied fertilizer.

Description of Work: Cut and trim the lawn weekly, also trim hedges, seeding, aerating and some planting for us.
