They sent a representative. The lady brought in a 2 heavy and sharp boards. She put the boards down and scratched my floors. She then denied it. Would not recommend.

This is the second time we have hired AA Flooring. They do a fantastic job; from meeting with Eti to discuss our options, installation and clean up. They are prompt, courteous and efficient.

We wanted a very specific floor which Eti had to track down for us. She did it and there were manufacturing delays so we had to wait. Eti stayed on the manufacturer and the distributor to make sure she got the product as soon as it was available. She doubled up the work crew to get it done ASAP after it was in. They did a great job. We love it - worth the wait! Thanks Eti for being so great to work with.

They didn't show up on the day of installment because their vehicle broke down. There is supposed to be a leveling agent that is used with the vinyl flooring which they told us at the last minute. Not only were we surprised with this extra cost but they tried to cut corners in many ways. Also, I offered to clean the hardwood floors before the polyurethane was coated and they said it didn't need cleaned since they would buff the dirt. The floors were not cleaned because there were shoe scuffs, dirt, and even a piece of red ribbon under the coat. The floors will need to be sanded now to correct this. Their response was that the previous company was responsible, when they actually were the previous company to do the work. They did a very bad quality of work and ruined our floors. They wouldn't work with us much to make sure we were satisfied. We gave them many options on how to proceed and all they tried to do was charge us more money. We are in the position now to have to hire an attorney. Our whole upstairs is hardwood flooring which we will need to sand which is expensive. Now, we will have to move all of our furnishings out to get this work done when we just moved in 2 months ago.

AA was responsive and confident, putting my mind to ease regarding moving everything out and back in and then having all touch-ups/cleaning complete before the event. They manager (named Shy) stopped at our has multiple times during all phases of the project. He coorninated movers, cleaners, touch-up and even had each piece of furniture apply felt to the bottom before moving it back in. I was nervous to undertake a big task in an important timeframe, but would trust AA with anything now! Their professionalism and competence are rarely seen in the industry. Also - they could have raked us over the coals with pricing given the situation we were in, but they were fair and I respect their business ethics.

It went extremely well.They discovered a plumbing problem when they removed floors, helped me locate a plumber and did excellent job.

Floors look great! Can't tell the difference between new and old. Work was performed promptly. One register was missing a slat. Contractor returned with new one.

I had a very good experience with the company. When they removed the original floor, they saw some water damage to the sub-floor and advised me that I need to change that. They did not even charge me any money for that. When I got the sub floor removed, they worked with my schedule and installed the floors even working on a Sunday.

They did a very good job and would recommend them to anyone. Easy to work with.

Extremely happy with the floors & the extent to which they were able to match new floor to existing & sand transition area flush. Stain recommendation turned out great. Wish they had done more cleanup, but haven't ever seen a floor company that does a good job of cleanup. Would definitely recommend & hire again.

Very good work; finished on time, and work was done as described. Great company, and I highly recommend them. They were about half as expensive as two other estimates. I don't see how it could have been done better!

THE WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT, AND I APPRECIATED ALL OF THE WORKERS - THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. ONE DIFFICULTY THAT I HAD WAS THAT AA WAS UNDERSTAFFED WHILE I WAS WORKING WITH THEM, AND THINGS TOOK A DAY OR TWO LONGER THAN EXPECTED. I THINK THIS WAS BECAUSE OF HOLIDAY TRIPS, AND WOULDN'T EXPECT TO HAVE THAT KIND OF TROUBLE AGAIN.
