Description of Work: The website promised a very thorough job, complete with roof inspection. Even though they were priced higher than others, we thought it would be a good experience. We live in a townhouse, and it's not an end unit, so there is very little gutter to clean. However, it is a very heavily wooded area, so they had accumulated quite a bit of debris. The crew did show up on time and were very professional, but they took less than 10 minutes total (from the time they showed up to the time they pulled out). They did blow off the debris, but there was no roof inspection, nor an inspection of the downspouts, as advertised on the website. Certainly not a terrible experience, but for $125, not worth it.

Description of Work: They cleaned out our gutters from all the tree pollen and leaves and stuff, and left the yard looking fine and uncluttered. They correspond by email, and you can schedule them to come out on a day that suits you. You don't have to be home; it's all handled by invoice.

Description of Work: They cleaned our gutters! What's more, they have an automated email system to remind you every six months or so when it's time to schedule your service. That way, when you are ready to have them clean your gutters, you can respond to the email. A few years ago we had to have a long downspout put in, and the crew foreman was very prompt picking up his voicemail, responding, and giving me a good quote to put a new one in. They come out on your schedule, and you don't even have to be there if you are a busy working professional. Unless you want to be. And they are mindful of spring plantings and are careful where they put their ladders and the gunk from the gutters.

Description of Work: This was my regular twice annual roof and gutter cleaning along with repair of a few missing shingles. The team is very prompt and professional, after cleaning the roof they cleanup all the junk that fell around the house in the process.

Description of Work: The service manager explained to me (when I purchased) that the crews schedule by geography, and that the date would be no more than 12 days out. No big deal to me, I was in no hurry. They called me a couple days in advance, saying it was not a requirement for me to be present. Upon their arrival (I was home), they got to work. They were unbelievably efficient (with a crew of 4 total I believe). The foreman informed me that the gutters were becoming disconnected from the fascia in multiple places (something I was aware of), and he demonstrated. They gave me an immediate quote to do the work (securing the gutters to the fascia) in addition to the cleaning, and would complete it immediately. I would very much recommend A Better Gutter Cleaning. You would never know they'd been there, other than the fact the gutters drained properly, and no longer dripped as a result of pulling from the fascia. A great company!

Description of Work: I used them a couple months ago and I have used them several of times. I remember the service was fine. I live in a 2 story home. I have been pleased with them and their prices are reasonable.

Description of Work: I asked them to be careful around my flower beds since another company I used previously dumped all the gutter debris into them. The flower beds actually looked better than they did before they arrived.
