If I could give this company 0 stars I would!!! They are a scam. Cleaners brought their DOG to my allergenic home. And stayed 30 mins. Don't hire them!

Terrible!!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I hired this company to clean my 1500sq ft home. I was told there would be 2 cleaners for two hours. First of all, one cleaner was 45 mins late and the other was an hour late, which resulted in me and my fiancé work schedule being pushed back. Then they were there for less than an hour and their work reflects that. They didn't vacuum the carpet (any of them). They didn't touch the base boards and window seals that we paid extra for ( check out the pics attached). They didn't dust anything including the ceiling fan or shelves. They didn't even touch the bathrooms. Didn't wipe any mirrors. In the kitchen they didn't wipe any of the surfaces (still had food stains on the counters). They didn't make the bed. They didn't wipe the screen door. And on top of their disrespectfully horrible job they brought their DOG to my house while they were cleaning. I told the office and they sent someone else out. She was better but still did a terrible job. Oh yeah, and they charged me 2x. Save your money this company is a scam. If you don't believe me look at the pics I attched. If you don't believe the pics go check out their yelp reviews. And if that still doesn't seal it, go check out their BBB complaints. I wish I would have.

My Bee was a young lady by the name of Tricia. She arrived on time and worked diligently the entire time she was in my home. She did an amazing job and I look forward to working with this company in the future.

THIS IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!! I reached out to this company to clean my condo after I had some remodeling done. There was no furniture in the condo. I advised the owner of the work I needed done, she agreed. Then I met her and showed her the condo, and did a walk through with her, in each room I told her what needed to be done. I was specific to let her know that I needed it rent ready. She said she complete understood. I left her to do the work. It took her 8 hours to complete the job. She charged me for the 8 hours. However the next day my property manager walked through the condo and advised me that it did not look clean. I had to make a trip to see it myself. He was right, I could have done a better job in half the time, it looked very unclean, the windows not washed, the carpet not cleaned, the floors not washed. I had 2 neighbors come up, and they too were shocked. I txted the owner, I tried to have her come and re-due the job, trying to give her in option to fix the issue. However, she was too busy, our schedules did not work out. At this point I asked for a refund (I would have to find another cleaning company). It took 3 days, 3 txts, an email, and 2 calls to hear a response back from the company. When I finally received an email back, it was rude. Not only did she refuse to return my money, she blamed the dust on the workers I had in there working on the walls. If they did not make the mess, I would have not hired her company, after all they are a cleaning company. Bottom line, she was hired for a job, that she saw before agreeing to take, she took the job, but failed to get the condo cleaned in 8 hours (which is hard to believe it could even take 8 hours to clean an empty 1000 sq ft), and then blamed the lack of cleanness on the crew. If the job was too much she should have refused it. Instead, failed to clean and took my money. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND CAN NOT CLEAN!!!
