I could write a 1,000 word review on the exemplary service they provided, but I am going to keep it short and simple. 1st Choice is my only choice for remodeling needs. I am booking them for another job next week. These guys are amazing. I am 100% positive you will be satisfied . I kept changing the design of my masterbath and they were more than willing to accomadate and exceed my expectations.

 + 3 moreI HIGHLY recommend 1st Choice Construction Atlanta for your largest remodel job, down to painting a closet! The quality of their work is second to none. They meticulously paid attention to details that I never even thought of, and found solutions for everything that popped up unexpectedly during the course of the renovations. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked from sun-up to sundown (and beyond on many occasions) in order to get the job done. The manager kept me updated daily, and kept a detailed log of all expenses along the way. I enjoyed working with everyone, and look forward to working with them again!
Description of Work: 1st Choice Construction did a total gut and renovation on a home I purchased in Buckhead (Atlanta). They did everything from replacing the roof and subfloors, bringing the electrical system up to code, knocking down walls, and replacing the plumbing to painting and installing the appliances.

They worked hard, sometimes more than 12 hours a day to get the job done is as timely a manner as possible. I was always consulted if there was any question about what *I* wanted, and they always found a way to do what I asked for, even if it was out of the ordinary. And they had creative suggestions to offer when I needed some direction or was unsure of something. Their skill is unparalleled. I was very impressed with everything they did, and I LOVE the end results! I will DEFINITELY use 1st Choice Construction ATL on my next project, and HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone doing renovation/rehab work.
Description of Work: These guys from 1st Choice Construction ATL did EVERYTHING! What I thought was going to be a simple cosmetic renovation turned out to be a total gut job. They identified electrical and foundation issues that needed to be addressed, and fixed everything in a timely and professional manner. And they showed me the issues so I know they weren't just "creating" false problems to solve. They replaced the roof, sub-floors, built custom closets, knocked down walls, installed kitchen cabinets, installed new flooring, plumbing, drywall, paint, tile, wallpaper, bathtubs, showers with benches, you name it! They did it all!
