The experience was good. They were very professional, and arrived when they said they would. They charged me what they quoted. I would use them again in the future.

I called at 9:30 on Saturday morning, thinking that I would have to set up an appointment for the upcoming week. They were at my house within 2 hours of the call. The two men that came were very polite and professional, had the job done in a very short time.

The service was wonderful! The agent was friendly on the phone, and was able to set up a time for the workers to come out the same day. The workers called to let me know when they would be arriving, and they were even a few minutes early. They were very polite, friendly, and worked quickly. All debris was removed as I asked, and they left the area clean.

Called company on a Monday morning to take away a broken washer and dryer. I was told that they had a truck in the area that could come out to do job in an hour. I was given an estimate of costs over the telephone which was the actual price ultimately paid. About an hour and a half later the company was at the house, disconnected the appliances and removed them. The two men were at my house for no more than 20 min. total. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient.

Set up the appointment with Eric. The day of the appointment Eric called to say that he and his crew were on their way. Took everything away as promised.

On time. Called before they came. Very nice. Faster than we expected.

This is a very professional company. The people that I dealt with were nice and they came right out and took care of this for me. I can honestly recommend them and will use them again myself in the future.

Got Junk says they will haul away anything. They gave me a price and they loaded everything I wanted them to take and within an hour everything was gone. I am so happy now that the basement is now clean.

Super! I would use this service again in a heart beat. I called for help and in 20 minutes two gentlemen arrived. They were clean, polite, well groomed, strong and cooperative. They hauled away everything I asked them to take, swept up the mess, and were gone in 30 minutes.

A revolution in the hauling industry. You can make your appointment online. They arrive on time or call you if they are going to be late. All of the company employees that I had contact with were very professional.

I KNEW APPROXIMATELY WHAT IT WOULD COST FROM THE INTERNET BOOKING AND FELT IT WAS FAIR. THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT PUT "A" FOR THE GRADE ON PRICE IS THAT I DID NOT DO MUCH SHOPPING AROUND, ALTHOUGH I DID SOME. THE INTERNET BOOKING WAS SO SIMPLE AND EASY, AND THE FOLLOW- UP COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER.
