My fan stopped working after 8 months. I called asking for a repair and was informed there will be a $199 'Service Fee" to send somebody out. How many of you reading this have heard of a $199 'Service Fee'? Their "warranty" means nothing. They did offer to send me a fan so I could install it myself but let me know that the "warranty" would be void in the future. No way to treat your customers. Find another outfit to install your radon mitigation system!

Worker incorrectly installed a radon reduction fan resulting in a higher rate of Radon in my house.. He also inappropriately installed the fan electric line resulting in my having to hire an electrician to make it safe. I spoke with the home office in Michigan several times. They assured me they would make it right. Then they just stopped calling me. Stay away from this company.

Installer was professional and courteous. He explained the systems functionality and things to keep an eye out for. I would recommend SWAT Atlanta to my family and friends.

Swat Radon Mitigation. Is not a good company. Do not use this company. I still have damages by their techs. They will not fix the holes in the ceiling due to them not knowing how to measure. Yes I've called them numerous time to fix it. They promised me discounts. Never got it. Took two days to do a job that we were quoted half a day to complete. This company drilled multiple 4 1/2 inch diameter holes in my ceiling of my garage because they cannot measure. The installer on day one decided that he was in over his head and opted to leave early The installer then promised me I would get a discount or an upgraded radon fan the next day. The next day a different tech arrived and spent another six hours at my house. When the second tech was ready to leave I asked him about the mess and the holes in my garage ceiling. The tech got on the phone with his boss and ran to Home Depot and performed the worst drywall repair job. To this day they have not finished. To this day they were paid 100% and we still have damages. After numerous conversations and promises that were never kept. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
