The job they did was not even close to what was advertised on their web site. A mess left everywhere, gutters not flushed with water OR tested for leaks. When told of the dissatisfaction there was no reply. The same phone numbers are listed for “Peachtree Carpet Cleaning” and “Alpha Steamers”. I would assume you would get the same level of service there as well. Beware!

I am not sure if this company hires third-party companies because the people who came to my house were nice and answered all our questions. Nevertheless, I called about a month later to ask a question and the guy gave me the worst attitude. He did not let me talk and stated we needed an inspection which he could schedule for $79. Later my husband called and he raised his voice, cursed and argued for a simple question we had about the service. I also suspect he gave my number to telemarketers.

The technician called me to let me know that the original appointment would be cancelled. He called me back to explain what had happened and we rescheduled. The sealant that he used on the fireplace was not appropriate for the job, and it came off in a couple of days. We sent him pictures of this, at his request. We then tried to contact the owner and he was extremely rude, and he acted like he didn't have time to talk to us. He even hung up on me once! The technician did come back out, and he used more of the same sealant in the fireplace. And it peeled off again. We are still trying to get this resolved. I called the owner today, and he promised me he would get back in touch, which he has yet to do.
