+ -1 moreWe went by the showroom and received an in home estimate with a demonstration. This Window World franchise looks like a very well run family business. We were impressed with their warmth, their level of knowledge, and their professionalism. The window demonstration was outstanding. It answered all our questions about the thermal properties, durability, and security features of the windows they offer. We ultimately decided to go with a different window frame material. However, if we had settled on vinyl, we would have used Window World.

+ -1 moreI chose them because they had a transferable warranty, and the closest competitor's warranty was only with the purchaser. Two of the windows are difficult to open, but the quality is how I was told it would be. They did accidently replaced the shutters wrong, but they did offer to come fix it. I'm very pleased with the product.
