Description of Work: They cleaned general areas of 4 rooms (2 bedrooms, 2 large living areas) and stairs. Treated three rooms for soiling from cats. The team was very professional and very careful not to cause any moisture damage to the larger pieces of furniture that did not need to be move during cleaning. We had urine odors and stains in multiple areas of two rooms from a cat suffering kidney failure. Although we will still need to replace a portion of the carpet pad and treat the underlying plywood flooring in one room, the odor was greatly diminished in this room and we are unable to detect any cat urine odors in the other room. Although no carpet cleaning company can guarantee total removal of cat urine odor, SERVPRO did a better job than I could have hoped for. Also, there was an area under a small piece of furniture that was missed as neither they nor I remembered to move the piece of furniture back so they could clean that area. When I called them to relay this to them they said, without hesitation, they would come back out to clean that area and did so at a time convenient to us. I highly recommend SERVPRO for any of your carpet cleaning needs. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
