SAFETY-SERVICE OF GEORGIA INC

Description of Work: The company "Safety Services of GA" (representative and owner: Todd Corbett, 985 W Broad Street, Athens, GA) has not provided any security services to our house for an extended period of time, likely since our house was converted to a wireless connection in 2011, however, has charged us a monthly bill despite the fact that it was clearly obvious to their office that our house was not connected to the security service operation. In fact, when I registered our concern about a possible problem with our security system with an employee in July on the telephone, the employee saw immediately that our system had no outside connection. If the company was monitoring our house, and there was a problem with the wireless signal or any of the sensors, the company should have notified us immediately. We now assume that our house was not protected at all or, at best, protected only partially in the past. However, we were asked to pay for complete services each month. We noticed a problem because we had to enter the house through a door different from the one that would allow us to turn the alarm system off immediately and we never received a phone call from the company indicating that they noticed the problem
