Anyone homeowner that has ever had to get a quote or have something done to their home knows the frustration of contractors not returning calls or emails, not showing up or showing up late. Michael was a pleasure to deal with and extremely professional. He returns calls and email promptly, shows up on time and seems very knowledgable. If that does not seem like much to you, I would think you have not owned a home for very long or you are extremely lucky. We have been told my several people that he does excellent work and will be calling him in the future when the need arises. i am just fed up with contractors who cannot return calls and Michael clearly understands customer service.

They worked for the State Farm and were a preferred service provider for their home owner's insurance. They worked for me in the year 2008 and repaired damage from a leak in the roof. They served as a general contractor and arranged for the replacement of the buckled flooring. They treated the small amount of mold that had occurred in the wall and the ceiling. They did a super job. When they sanded sheetrock and the floor, they hung up sheets of polyethylene to prevent dust from the sanding from going all over the house. It was a traumatic job for me as I was wondering if I would wind up with a dirty house that was full of dust. But the barriers did protect the rest of the house. They also did a lot of finish work putting all the molding back the way it was. I would recommend them to anybody. Last week or ten days ago, I had half of the fascia board on one end of the house and the gutter that was nailed to it blown off the house. All that came down on the ground. They came out within a day or two to give me an estimate and I requested them to at least put the board back up there because it was open to the roof and insulation. It was also open to all the rooms on that side. They put the board back up before the next hurricane came in. They did the work next day in the rain and snow but the gutter and downspouts were not done to my satisfaction because of the weather. They came back and did the job right. They were very prompt and fixed everything. They do a lot of work for State Farm Insurance damage claims customers and this insurance company requires that certain things are done to their standards and that there is a 5 year warranty for work done in conjunction with State Farm customers. They would also do inside and outside carpentry. They would do anything on a house. They also advertised that they would build houses as the owner that runs the business used to build houses. They were very nice people and were very efficient.
