This is how a business should be run. Chris and Richard were great: professional and friendly. I don't normally post reviews about any services, but the positive experience I had was worth sharing. For scheduling, I talked with an actual person (Ashley, also fantastic). I also love that this business is owned and operated by a UGA grad. So support your local enterprises if you are needing any junk hauled away. 5 stars; quick service!

I highly recommend Junk South! The process was so quick and easy and I received very great communication through the whole experience. Each member I spoke with was polite and courteous. I was able to receive the rolloff dumpster the same day. I will most certainly use this service in the future.

Let me start by saying that from the first encounter with Junk South to the endpoint was great and easy. So Jeremiah came out to quote me; he was early for our quote appointment, which is a plus, he was able to give me a decent quote for two different jobs, and when I texted him later with questions, he answered them all quickly and with ease. Today Chris and a few guys came out, started at 11:30 and were done knocking out my huge 40cu yard shed and loaded up by 12:40. We are thrilled with the job and will have them back soon to knock the shed down!

Three polite young men did an excellent job of moving a mountain of junk quickly and professionally. I would definitely hire them again.

Amazing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I called JUNK SOUTH on Tuesday and the team arrived on Wednesday at 8:00am. Before I could get dressed and drive there Chris called and was ready for me to do a walk through. I arrived at 10:00 and the crew were already gone to start next job!! To explain how the home looked when I saw it would be OH MY GOSH, YUKE, DISGUISING 🤮 And the smell was horrible !!! The team had cleared everything out it was a empty house now and they even cleaned out a filthy refrigerator 🤮 !!!! The outdoor storage building had been cleaned everything in the yard was gone from a sofa to tires! The cost was very responsible and the job they accomplished was truly AMAZING!! If u have anything that you need cleaned, Or cleared call JUNK SOUTH😊 You want be disappointed!!

WOW! Brice and Jake were very professional, friendly, and awesome. They worked so hard to get things done. We were so pleased with the entire situation. We plan on calling them again in September to haul off and donate some other things. We are glad to know there is help for older people when you need it. We could not have had a better experience. The guys that came to move the furniture and take it away were professional and nice! We had a lot to talk about because we all grew up in Oconee. They even took some hardware (used to hang a curtain rod) out of a high place on the wall for me.

Chris was so helpful. We had a large job that we could only do on a Saturday. On short notice he was able to get us the man power and trucks we needed. They were professional, on time, and courteous! Great team, great company. Highly recommend!

On a Friday, I requested an in-person estimate of some garage junk I wanted taken away. I asked for an estimate the next day. The company accepted my request within an hour of me making it. The estimating team showed up at the appointed time, gave me an estimate and scheduled the job for the following Monday. The haulers arrived two hours ahead of schedule on Monday, loaded up my stuff in short order and charged me half as much as the original estimate. I can't recommend this company highly enough. I'd go back to them in a heartbeat.

They were great. Called ahead of the appointment to ask if they could come a bit earlier, cleared junk in rapid time and even reduced the price since it took less time than estimated to do the job.

The men did a great job. They called me to get the details of my job, arrived within 20 minutes of the call, and got right to work. The price was a tad high I think as it only took them 30 minutes at most to load my junk on their truck, but they got everything, they followed my directions and they were gone before I knew it. They want to work and I will hire them again. In fact, I had hired them last year.

I had a dumpster delivered for me to load myself, but they showed on time and the guys were very nice.

Tyler and Bryce cheerfully collected items I had organized AND removed “unknowns” from my crawl space (where I refuse to go)! They were efficient and pleasant throughout the process. I thought the pricing was very fair. Additionally, and this was great, I contacted in the am and they came same day!

A phone call to determine size/price, easy scheduling online with email confirmation. Prompt arrival, quick work, easy payment with email receipt. Two workers, both friendly, professional and polite.
