Jim and his team were professional, they communicated in a timely fashion, and the quality of the repairs were excellent. The prices were fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely work with Jim Casey Construction again.

Let me being by saying I did not hire Jim for my remodel. My comments are based solely on my experience getting an estimate for a kitchen remodel. Therefore, I cannot comment on the quality of his craftsmanship. Nevertheless, in terms of getting an estimate, I called and set up a date and time three weeks in advance. That date and time came and went so I called to see if there was an issue. Apparently, he forgot to write down our appointment and lost my number, so he missed our appointment. At the time, he was out of town, so he did send over one of his employees do look at the job and take measurements. As he left, he said they would be in touch. After a week of not hearing from him, I followed-up. When asked if he was able to put any numbers down on paper, he said and quot;They had been very busy lately and if I had another bid that I liked, to go with that bid/company.and quot; So, instead of scheduling an appointment with someone who wanted the job, I was left with one fewer bids. All around unprofessional encounter.

He is the kind to communicate with, he is a nice person. You are not afraid to talk to him. He is easygoing. I was satisfied with him. He did get the work done. He gave us a years warranty on the work. The pricing is a little bit high.

Jim was very fast responding. They worked into my time schedule comfortably. Very happy with the reoairs and the experience

They were very good. We had had another estimate on that and they had quoted us $6000, so they were lower, but the work was really good. I found a picture of what I wanted and they more or less did everything the way we wanted. We got to go and choose the tiles and everything so it was a good experience. They weren't disruptive. They came and did their job and while they were here there were a couple of other things we needed done in the bedrooms and one of their painters did work on the sheet rock and the painting. So we were really satisfied with that. The quality was very good. The tile work was beautiful. We had one little problem with a toilet and one of the plumbers came out right away and adjusted it and it's working fine now. It was easy to communicate with them, it was done by email. They always came back when they said they would. I would use them again because we're thinking about doing our kitchen so we might call them again.

We had Jim Casey Construction out for an estimate on a fairly large remodel of a kitchen / living room / dining room space. He was very professional, and clearly understood and explained what work would be involved. We ended up not doing the job, but would definitely consider this company if we have a similar project in the future.

It turned out to be more complicated than we first thought because the existing installations in my kitchen weren't squared off properly but he gave me several options and did a good job of making it work. He also give me good recommendations for people to do other tasks I needed done. A pleasure to work with.

He did a great job and we have been comfortable and satisfied with his work.
