 + 0 moreThe cleaning wasn't really that "deep". Some parts they did an ok job, for instance bathrooms. But we for instance specifically asked to have the hardwood floors thoroughly cleaned. I think at the most they went over it with a swiffer. There were still easily noticeable spots of stuff stuck to the floor that would have needed some proper scrubbing. Other areas weren't that well cleaned either. Given that it was "deep clean", we expected them to do a better job. Just wasn't worth the price we paid. They were friendly and on time and otherwise ok, so might use them again for something if needed, but for now we'll keep looking

 + -1 moreEverything went great! A very professional and through team! Excellent customer service in their main office and at the job site!
Description of Work: I am so pleased with the move-out cleaning that Kendra, Jaleesa, Charanda and Natalie, the team from Independence Cleaning, did in our rental. To me, it looks cleaner than when we first moved into the house! They did an excellent job! The estimate was also exact, and I appreciate the guarantee that Ed told me about regarding a free "touch up" cleaning if our landlords attempt to withhold any part of the security and pet deposit regarding this particular move-out cleaning. However, I would be shocked if they tried to do that because the ladies did a fantastic job, so much so, that if Kendra and her crew do monthly cleaning service, I will definitely be using Independence Cleaning Services in the future for my regular housecleaning needs. Kendra is an excellent team leader. She introduced herself to me right away, and was extremely professional the entire time. Natalie also was very thorough and explained her concerns to me, which I appreciated. She did a fantastic job also. Jaleesa and Charanda were also very thorough and polite. I could not be happier with how well this first experience with Independence Cleaning Services turned out for us!
