+ -1 moreI described the work I needed ( replace the acoustical material over the panels in my theatre) as well as reprogram universal remotes. He seemed very confused by what I was telling him and was getting frustrated with me as I was trying to explain the set up of the room. He was concerned about the difficulty and size of the job. I told him that I had a proposal and that I was expecting it to be around the 10K range. I got the feeling that he was only interested in a large install type job and not what I needed. He got very rude and told me that he was not interested in setting up a time to do an estimate. I was shocked by his tone and lack of professionalism. I will certainly make sure that I pass along that information.
Description of Work: I contacted them based on a referral from a friend. When he called back- he just said he had missed a call from this number and asked who I was. If you run a business- this is extremely unprofessional.
