Highly recommend Joe (Willie) Flemming. We hired him to repair our driveway from roots of a tree raising up the concrete and cracking in 3 sections. He was very prompt in coming over to access and gave a fair quote. He was extremely knowledgeable from his years working with concrete leaving us very confident that he was the man to do the job. He completed the job with his team of men who were very efficient from the beginning to the end and we are very satisfied customers. All the five star reviews commending this company were true for us.

Willie and his crew did an excellent job building a 11 ft by 4.5 ft by 4 inch concrete slab. They actually were able to do the job a day earlier. Their quote (which included labor, concrete mix and rebar mesh) was the most reasonable. I am grateful that they were able to accept the job ?

Mr. Flemming was great to work with. I asked for them to come this Saturday to knock out the job, and that's exactly what him and his crew did. They worked with my requirements and took care of it professionally. Lastly, out of all the quotes I got, Mr. Flemming was the cheapest. Just some yellow flags to consider in the future: 1. I would recommend a couple of things, identify height of your concrete that you want and if you want it tapered vs. flat...this can significantly impact the cost. 2. His quality of work on the concrete was good, however the cleanup afterwards was not great at all. There was A LOT of excess concrete on my lawn from the path from main street to the backyard.... Overall, for the cost it was worth it, but if he could've cleaned up a little after his crew, I would've give 5 stars across the board.

I hired Joe Flemming to extend my driveway. He came out and gave me an estimate on what I wanted done. It was inline with a previous quote and decided to use Joe since he was readily available. He did not do what I asked, did a sloppy job and built a ramp instead of a driveway. Even though he did not do what I asked, I paid the quoted price. I was having a difficult time maneuvering and called him to look at it. He came with an attitude then proceeded to explain his personal problem. We are all going through something these days, no right to be unprofessional. He agreed to try to make things right after bad whether pass. Called today to discuss HOA concern. Conversation turned into him talking over me and stating he is not going to talk to someone who does not know since he has been in the profession for some time. Light bulb moment: if I was a man, we would not be having this conversation. You would have done what you were told instead doing what you want. That was a rip off. Now you want me to call someone else to fix it after you got paid??? Right, that is the professional thing to do. Same on you for taking advantage of a single woman and I am sure I am not the only one. I would not recommend.

On a scale of one to 10, Flemming Concrete gets an eight. They lost points because they removed the forms before the concrete set and wet concrete was bursting out the sides. I didn't notice that until it cured. I imagine my sidewalk is weaker in that area now? I had them install a 110ft side walk. They rescheduled four times because of the weather or the concrete company. When they finally got to the site, you could tell they knew what they were doing because they were fast and precise. The helpers seemed like they were in a rush which may have been the reason they removed the forms too early. The helpers left a mess but Mr. Flemming returned to clean it up. I was pleased with their work and the cost was reasonable.
