It went perfectly. I could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of Rob Christopher. He stayed for 2.5 hours to make sure all of the issues that arose in connection with his investigation of our system were either solved or identified. He is extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with.

Although Rob (Fast-teks) was a bit later arriving than scheduled (a busy, busy man -- and deservedly so!), he took all the time necessary to fix the problem even though that entailed considerable research and testing of various possible solutions. When he found a solution that worked he took all the time necessary to test and retest, replace any and all faulty and/or worn-out parts, check and recheck to make sure that everything was working properly before he pronounced the problem solved. In spite of the fact that the final solution required more time than anticipated, he did not charge extra for that added time. He also cleaned and serviced the computer so that it worked more smoothly and faster than it did when he arrived -- a vast improvement! He made several recommendations to improve the security and efficiency of the unit(s), which were much appreciated. I found Rob to be a very friendly and likeable man as well as being very efficient and knowledgeable. He is definitely at the top of my list of at-home computer service men, and will be the first person I will call when the need arises again.

So, we have several laptops and several printers that run the home/business along with the need to have a wireless option for students.
