Ultimately, i learned that my HOA was actually responsible for covering the repairs, so Bobby agreed to refund the deposit i had paid for the work, not even charging me a consultation/trip fee. Bobby was fast, thorough, professional, understanding, and courteous. If my HOA didn’t cover the repairs, I would not have hesisitated whatsoever to move forward with his repair proposal.
