+ -1 moreThey could be more honest about their commercial on TV like it says that DirecTV is the worse because they lure you in with a little price and then, they jack it up. Dish does the same thing. My bill went up by like $45 after the first year because I got the special introductory price or whatever. So now, I have it on my calendar and I call a week before whatever that six or twelve months is depending on what the promotion to see what new promotion I could get, but the fact that I had to call every time just makes me annoyed, why can’t they just have the price be the price. It is like why should I play that game with them.
Description of Work: I have Dish for my TV. We adjusted my bill the last time I called them. I dropped some services to make it cheaper.
