Matt Quattlebaum was on it immediately and put a tarp on it the next day to prevent further damage. While we eventually went with another company that also had good ratings on Angie's List and were cheaper, we would not hesitate to use Christian Roofing and Remodeling in the future. They could not have been more professional with follow ups done immediately. Matt was basically a very nice person to work with as we went through the whole bidding process.

Their quote was the highest one I received and I wanted the work done sooner than he was able to get it on his calendar. I went with another company. But this company was professional and personable. I appreciated his time for giving me my free quote. I do like Angies List. I used it when I lived in Atlanta by using Ace and A heating and air in Decatur.

This is one of the BEST contractors I've Ever worked with in 20 years. Brent and his team were amazing. I interviewed 8 or 9 different roofing and gutter companies . Christian Roofing was the only one that mathematically and correctly addressed the inadequate ventilation on this hip roof. The installation was inmpressive: A crew that's worked together for many years; the Foreman and Job Capitain are the perfect complementary balance of new school / old school as one has a GA Tech degree and the other has 35 years hands on experience; they brought a port-a-potty with the dumpster; they did not use kick boards - which make additional holes- but were roped in; and they left the job site- my home- clean! The synthetic roof felt, shingles, vents were all high quality GAF materials with a long warranty. As important of an investment as a new roof is, I am just so glad I found these guys. Rarely do I write reviews but 'simply had to after a job this well-done!

The roof replacement was extermely fast. They romoved the old roof, repaired any damaged underlayment, installed the new roof, and cleaned up all in a single day with a crew of 10-15 people.

They did an excellent job. Their superintendent Brent Mathis was constantly supervising the job and was always in communications with me. He went above and beyond anything I had expected. I highly recommend their services. The clean up was amazing and the crew could not have been harder working.

They come every year after the leaves fall to get it off the roof.

The person who showed up was absolutely great! He did an inspection on the ground first, then went up on the roof. He inspected not only the shingles, but everything on the roof. He even tightened up some loose vents/housing. Best of all, he took pictures and sent them to me so I could see everything he saw without having to go up on the roof.

They came over right away and put in a temporary patch, so no more damage occurred, and then within the time they quoted, they came back and did the permanent repair. They even had to replace two extra boards, but came in right at their estimated price. Best of all, the roof doesn't leak any more! They solved a problem that had been nagging at us for 5 years! I will definitely go back to them for any type or repair or remodeling.

The entire job went better than expected. Had an appointment with Brent on 22 Sept to get an estimate; he emailed me his estimate within 2 hrs of our initial appt; the gutter crew showed later that afternoon; all complete in less than 90 mins.

The service was excellent. They were punctual, fixed any issues that came up, and left a clean job site.

I started refinishing the cabinets myself and quickly learned that I was in over my head! We had a great experience using Christian Roofing and Remodeling the year before when we had our roof replaced. For this reason they were the first company I called to give me an estimate for finishing the job. Their response time was impressive and I had an estimate in hand within just a few days. The quote they gave me was significantly lower than the other two numbers I was given by competing companies. This ultimately made the decision to hire them for the job much easier. It was very important for me to have work begin quickly, since my kitchen had already been torn apart for several weeks by the time I called in the professionals. They had two men in our house removing the doors and drawers within hours of my signing the contract. From start to finish, the job took a total of two weeks. The removable parts were taken off-site and and spray finished with lacquer paint. The boxes remained in the house and were sanded, prepped, primed and painted with two coats of oil based paint all within a week and a half. Any minor imperfections I saw along the way were immediately addressed. It was made clear to me from the very beginning that my satisfaction with the end product was their top priority. The job is finished now and I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen. It is beautiful and the cabinets look like they have always been white. I am confident that the finish will hold up over time after having seen the process they used to reface them. Even so, Christian roofing also provides a warranty with their work and I know that on the off chance that an issue should arise, they will come and make it right! I would definitely recommend this company!

After the latest ice storm, I called several roofers in our area as a large limb had hit our roof causing a leak. Understandably, I did not get in direct touch with anyone except Christian Roofing who took my info and promised to call me back later in the day. Brent got back to me and we arranged a time for him to come out, look at our roof, and provide me w/ an estimate. Later that afternoon, Brent contacted me and was actually able to come out and complete the work the day-of our conversation. Once Brent and his crew got there, they assessed the problem, explained the fix, and offered what I thought was a fair price. They even ended up toting some of the limbs to the curb and blowing off the debris on our back porch.

Frank and Matt were involved in the initial bidding and subsequent onsite management of the project. Both are men of strong character and integrity. The idea of having a giant hole in the bedroom wall was daunting, but they cleaned as they went and had things ready in advance so that it went without a hitch. By the time they were done, the double window they installed looked as if it had always been there. These are good people intent on over delivering. Great experience start to finish!

Finding a good roofer can be a bit of a challenge. We had requested 4 bids. Originally we had only planned to get 3 bids but one of the company's we contacted never gave us a bid, they simply told us that they would come out when the insurance adjusters came, help ensure we got the maximum adjustment and we would go from there. I contacted my insurance company and they indicated that while it was not necessary to actually contract with the roofer who met with your insurance company, it was expected. We were not willing to have the burden of obligation on us, and frankly, I didn't want anyone that would argue with the adjusters in a way that might work to our disadvantage. So we discarded that roofer and considered only those roofers that gave us bids prior to the insurance adjuster's visit. Christian Roofers did not give us the lowest bid, nor did they give us the highest. However, they were able to offer us the GAF lifetime warranty. This warranty requires certification of the roofers by GAF and a GAF company inspection. That kind of certification, as well as a recommendation from a friend, really helped Christian Roofers stand out above the rest. Christian Roofers did offer to be present during the adjuster's visit and based on their congenial, non-threatening style, we authorized that. Plus, we told them upfront that we did not want to be obligated to them and they were 100% agreeable. After going through the process, now I understand why having the quotes beforehand are so important. The insurance company actually settled for MORE than our quote! If we had no quote it would have been easy for the roofer without the quote to simply say, he'll do the work for that. As it was we had already planned to upgrade the shingles and get the additional warranty so in the end we simply didn't have to pay as much for that as we had expected. But I will tell you exactly when I knew we chose the right roofer....the insurance adjuster told us that if he needed a new roof, he would contract with Christian Roofing! I can't say enough good things about Christian Roofing. From the beginning of the quote process to the final clean-up of the work, the whole process was "comfortable". The workers were professional. Never once did we feel we were being manipulated. For us - that was as important as getting a good, high quality, roof installation. With Christian Roofing, we got the whole package. The roof looks magnificent. In fact, our neighbor upgraded shingles on his house after seeing ours. We highly recommend Christian Roofing for their technical competence, fair pricing and helpful, honest dealings.

Everything went well except they used indoor paint as a primer before I saw the can. After calling this to their attention they did change to an exterior paint for the final coat!

My encounter with this contractor was very positive from the beginning. They took time to meet me and discuss options, and were very patient as it took me some time to get quotes from other contractors and eventually make a selection. We took three bids and Christian Roofing was right in the middle as far as cost goes. They also offered free financing for 12 months, which was a bonus. It took several weeks to get the job going, but once they arrived, they worked tirelessly. They surely would have finished the job in a single day were it not for some weather issues. But they did not cut corners and they were well prepared for the rain too, with tarps ready to go to cover areas where they had removed the old roof. Their explanation of what to expect was very good as well and the job went pretty much as described. They did a pretty good job cleaning up the job site, but roofing is a very messy business, so I can't really fault them for not getting it perfect. There remains some roofing sand on the driveway and decks, and I found some rogue roofing nails in the yard the hard way. Still, this was expected due to the nature of the job. The only area that got overlooked in the discussion of what to expect, was the attic. Lots of wood splinters and roofing sand dropped in and is now covering our personal belongings stored there. I have had roofs replaced before and should have known this was coming. I don't blame Christian for this; it is practically unavoidable. But it would have been better if we had reminded to expect it so we could either cover or remove items from the path of falling debris. Finishing on a very positive note is this little tidbit. We had a dog house with a leaky roof. I asked Christian to save some of the discarded new shingles so that we could redo the dog house. Not only were they happy to oblige, but they re-shingled the dog house just to be nice. That is customer service! I truly appreciate contractors who know that little things like this show that they do care about their work and their relationship with their customers.

The entire experience was great. The initial meeting was helpful and the price was good. We received a list of houses the company had worked on, which we drove around to look at. The crew showed up on time and finished in a day and a half. The work was done professionally.

My existing roof was showing signs of needing to be replaced (worn shingles, buckling, etc.) The plywood decking was also questionable due to its age; it had become brittle and there were some areas of moisture damage. I used the NRCA website to get some basic information about roofing systems and to get the roofing contractor pre-qualification form. I called several roofing contractors for estimates. Each of them was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. I chose Christian Roofing and Remodeling for several reasons. First was the great care I received from Kevin Cash who listened patiently to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He also provided all of the information up front --about insurance, licensing, product info, and what to expect. I really felt like the job would be done well and I would not have to worry about anything. Materials arrived in the morning and the job was complete by late afternoon. Everything looked good and I expect to have a sound roof over my head for many years to come. I appreciate the years of experience and level of integrity the company has to offer.

Every part of the job was top notch . The contractors that did the work were excellent, from the work they did to the clean up after the work they did.

These guys were awesome, specifically Matt. Seriously, they came in did the job and did a fantastic job. Two things happened post job that makes me give them an A. 1) I thought we had agreed upon a ceiling for this roof, yet when the job was done there wasn't one. Matt came out look at the original design and appoligized and within a week I had my ceiling, no added cost. I'm not sure if he just ate the cost or if it was a mistake and he had original scoped it for the ceiling. Either way I got what I asked for and I paid what I agreed to pay. This made me very happy. A lot of construction companies would say, "that's not what we agreed to" he didn't, he fixed the problem. 2) About a year after the job I had a leak and called them up. Turns out it wasn't the work they did but it was something on my original roof. regardless they fixed it, didn't charge me anything and told me how to fix it myself if it happens again. When you read those two things I hope you get the feeling that I do about these guys. They care about their work and about their customers. My only negative feedback is that it was more expensive than other competitive quotes but in the end these guys did the job they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it, and they honored their work years after it was completed. You get what you pay for and these guys do great work. I have them coming up to put some gutters on my house in the next few weeks, I fully expect to be completely satisfied.
