The painter who repaired and painted a small area of ceiling that had water damage did an excellent job. A small part of our roof that is metal also was painted and weâ re pleased with the results. The one area that could use a little improvement is communication both with the customer and internally with their staff.

Did very good work

The management team was very responsive with regard to a couple of minor issues with the field team. We have used this company before (about 7 years ago) for a similar painting project. Overall the final job was performed well and for what seems to be a fair price.

The team was outstanding. David, Junior and Eric worked hard and steady. David kept a close eye on the guys and kept them moving at a steady pace. They completed all the deck and dock staining in one day and finished the stairs and porch painting on day 2. David was very good about answering my questions on how to care for the dock and deck with stain and as they worked, I had questions which he also took the time to answer and explain in detail all y questions. They were great I would definitely use them again for future projects. I felt the price was high, but I needed the work done and cheaper is not always better.

Easy to schedule initial appraisal visit, easy to schedule service/work date, fair price, painting crew gave attention to detail. CertaPro was willing to roll and brush my cypress clapboard siding whereas many painting companies will only do spray application.

Problem-free exterior painting. CertaPro was able to start the job of painting my house almost immediately. Happy to recommend to others.

CertaPro of Athens painted the exterior of my home. They did an excellent job. Prep work was excellent. They applied two coats of paint for siding and trim. The crew, led by Hugo, was phenomenal.
