Description of Work: Painted trim on our home & garage. Initially, it looked fine, but did not hold up. I question whether they used the paint we provided, and they painted over mildew. There were many areas that were not covered by the new paint. It required extensive scraping & cleaning before it could be painted again by a different contractor. The office staff and foreman were professional and courteous, but the crew were not English speaking and communication was difficult.

Description of Work: Scrape and paint the trim of our old brick house. They tried to do too much in one day, dripped paint into our plants, and the paint has started to chip again. We weren't impressed, and will look for a smaller business or just not a chain to do the work next time.

Description of Work: Complete interior painting for an approximately 2500 sq ft house. They patched and repaired dry wall where necessary. They were super efficient, courteous, and attentive. After the painting was complete, I decided I wanted the closet ceiling painted to match the walls. They came back within a week, painted it in 1 day and charged very little for the slight change. I just wish the overall price for the whole had been a bit less. But I am totally pleased with their work.

Description of Work: The pressure washed and caulked my new detached garage, then they coated it with a primer and two coats of paint on the siding and another color on the trim. They worked quickly and efficiently with lots of care for detail. I was especially impressed with how thorough they were about preparing the paint surfaces, masking, etc.

Description of Work: My hired pressure washer (should have gotten one from here) bailed on me the morning of the job and I had stucco repairmen scheduled. Certapro came to the rescue and as a result the repair work was able to be done on schedule. All I used them for was pressure washing and cleaning the outside of my house but they understood the fix I was in and did not take advantage of my situation!

Description of Work: Incorporated some minor structural repairs in the job as well as exterior painting of three sides, dormer and trim; one level house with bonus room above garage and high pitched roof. Front of house is brick, rest is Hardiplank. |Well prepped with pressure washing/cleaning prior to paint. |Company representative came on site during proposal phase to assist in color selection and provided recommendations, very helpful. |Clean up was excellent-some paint did get spilled on driveway but they pressure washed the area clean without being asked to do so. |Had obtained a quote from the company for same work approx. 2 years ago. Unfortunately, the price had practically doubled since then, but still quality work performed with excellent outcome.

+ -1 moreWe had Jared come out and give us an estimate- we had 2 other companies give us estimates as well and Certapro was the cheapest. I had a friend recommend them to me, so we decided to hire them for the job. We were pleased with the work- they showed up on time as promised. The pressure washing went well and Paul their carpenter was great about letting us know about a couple additional carpentry items that needed to be taken care of. We did have one issue with the carpentry, but I was able to call the office and they sent Paul back out that same day- he took care of it right away and it looks great now. The painters were friendly- there was a whole crew of them and they took care of almost all the painting in one day, which I was impressed about. I did have to point out a few things during the walk through that they hadn't properly addressed, but they took care of those items the same day. We had them come back out the next day because there was a little miscommunication between us and Jared about what need to be painted- it was taken care of quickly and they did a great job. They left the job site neat and clean. I would use them again!

When we had them come over to perform the work, I was so pleasantly surprised at how professional, friendly, and fast everyone was. The work finished much faster than I thought, and it looks fantastic. And, Jared and Jake spent a lot of time with me trying to get the right stain color on the fence, because the wood was taking the color extremely differently from the color on the sample cards. They must have gone back and forth with different samples 4 times, but they got it right and were friendly during the whole thing.
Description of Work: Certapro painted all of the trim on our home and detached garage. They also stained a very large fence for us.
