+ 0 moreIt was a nightmare. Out of 21 windows, they broke 16, until this day I can't get windows open because they painted them shut. They ripped screens, they got paint on my bricks, they didn't put pilings back like they should have. Everything I contracted to do they did not do correctly. I still look out and see things they didn't do correctly. I had to hire a second contractor to fix there mess, he told me I should call the state to complain. They installed my front door backwards. Everything they could have done wrong, they did wrong. I would not ever recommend.

+ 1 moreDavid Daniel didn't pay two of the subcontactors, then he went out of business, so liens were placed on my house. That cost $ in lawyer fees, in addition to making sure the subcontractor did get paid for his work. The poor quality of workmanship and inept engineering and design have added $30,000 to the total cost, requiring installation of French drains and sump pumps, tree removal, and replacing the floor, stair risers, and sheetrock because of flooding. Windows and doors were installed incorrectly, too. We're about to tear out another wall to find out why flooding continues despite the French drains and sump pumps.
Description of Work: Added 1250 sq ft (bedroom, bath, and basement) to my house.
