Brad was easy to reach and was prompt in his communication. Several properties were available and the house we selected was just as advertised. I would definitely recommend using GAP if you need a game-weekend rental in Athens.

I met Bob to get an estimate on sale of my home, and his opinion on its likelihood of selling. He was courteous and knowledgeable. (He was late, but he called to explain, and offered to reschedule, which I declined.) He anticipated that I'd be disappointed with the value he would estimate for my house and had gone to the trouble of pulling several comps, and contacting a friend who is an appraiser to get a second opinion. I have decided not to sell at this time, due to the downturn in the market since I bought the house, but I was very pleased with Bob's friendliness, an candor and will definitely consider him as an agent when I do decide to sell.

I first contacted Bob by Email then we met at a potential property. After listening to what we did or didn't like about what he was showing us he brought us to the next home which fit a quite a bit better, and with each next home he took the time to show us we could appreciate how he was zeroing in on the perfect home. When we finally saw the place we were ready to start calling home he negotiated on our behalf to lower the rent and helped us adjust terms within the lease.

From beginning to end Mr. Allen, helped in all the details in finding and purchasing our house. From finding the house, recommending an inspector, acquiring a loan and closing. He was always on time, patient, and worked very hard for us. We had very specific needs and he worked very hard to help us find what we needed.

All transactions with builders, agents and other parties were scheduled to meet everyones needs and any conflitcts were communicated and dealt with as needed without delay.

Bob is awesome! It worked out well. He was punctual. He met with us over a holiday weekend becuase it was the only time we could come down to look at houses. He went out of his way to help us. He was extremely helpful and professional.

We came across Bob accidently. There was a house in my Aunt's neighbor hood that came up for sale, and she got all excited hoping my husband and I would find something very near her for us to buy. We drove over to the house called the number on the sign and asked for the lockbox code to get in. Bob refused us the lock box code but said he'd be glad to meet us and let us in the next day. He explained that the home owners that were listing the property trust him to keep their home secure, and just handing out a lock box code to someone he didn't know, was not performing that service properly. Way to go Bob - very professional. That's how Bob came to be our agent. We then proceeded to explain our situation, what we were looking for, what price range, and submitted a list of houses that we had located off the internet that we were interested in seeing. We spent two days with Bob over the next 4 weeks or so, and still didn't find what we were looking for. Bob didn't push or seem anxious, but has continued to send us listings that come up that would match what we wanted. And I emphasis the WHAT WE WANT, not what Bob wants to sell us. Such a big difference. Again if you need an agent that works for and with you, call Bob - he's the best.
