Description of Work: On one of my properties there was a water leak right past the meter box. I repaired it myself but was informed my the tenant that the water department would not issue an adjustment unless it was done by a licensed plumber.

+ -1 moreThis is the letter which I sent to the company: "Recently I had Rapid-Rooter clean out a clogged sewer line under my house. Although satisfactory immediately after the service, the drain slowed drastically after a day or so. The technicians said, when I asked what it had been, that the "jet" results in the obstruction moving out to the street so they did not know. After a week, the drain was almost not running at all. When I called your office the answer I eventually got was that drain cleaning is not guaranteed and that I could pay to have a camera look around. Because the stoppage afterward involved more of the house, I concluded that the original obstruction had simply been moved further along by your service, not sent out to the main line. I believe that I managed to free it with my own snake today; things are moving but as a result of my efforts, not yours. I paid $165 for unsatisfactory service. Since you do not stand behind your work, I will not employ your services again and will not recommend you to friends who ask for recommendations."
