she has done alot of work at my house, i have been pleased with the exception of her patching my roof and me paying her for it and then the roof still leaked. she ended up having to replace the entire roof which was fine, i feel like i could have gotten it done cheaper. also there was to be a downspout installed, it took her over 2 months to come back and get that installed. when i called her she said someone else had stiffed her for a job she had done and apparently she had spent the money that i paid her for the downspout and had to wait for more funds to get my downspout. I was patient with her. this time i called her for a shelf over my television in bedroom. never would i have expected a bill for over $400 for a simple shelf. i was absolutely appalled. she reduced the bill to $350 which was also ridiculous. Never would i have expected over $200 and would have never had it done for that amount. Never again will I use her for anything at my house without a firm price before she ever starts. she is a nice lady and i consider her a friend but this shelf was the deal breaker for me.

She kept coming back when it would rain to make sure we were still not having leaks. She even went in the attic to check for leaks. She also painted the ceiling from the leak stains and has replaced some toilets. She was always on time, always called before she got here, and did everything herself. Any time we've needed something done or fixed, she was right out to do it. She is very professional.
