We discontinued our service with them in October. They continued to bill us for six months despite our many calls to stop the billing. They billed us, yet there were no services done on our lawn. Then after six months, they had their attorney send us a collection letter and threaten if we did not pay the balance owed, they would take further action. We have continually called but have only been able to reach a guy answering the phone who says he'll have the owner get back to us, but the owner never does. This was after a new owner took over, so the previous owner was helpful and did good work. However, there is a break down in communications between the owner, accountant, and customer.
