"I try to give these guys a chance ,on 3/2/20 I requested a repair quote on my recent purchase .This company contacted me and schedule an appt @530 .I told the young man I was looking for full rehab with basic fixtures etc .He walked around the house went inside came back out and said we will email you the quote less then 20 mins .Well about 930pm that night I received an email stated " Renovation of 912 square foot home to include plumbing, electrical, total remodel of the home, tear down front porch, add new 8x8 gabled front porch, add 8x6 laundry room off of the house, house upon completion will be 1,024 total square feet. > > Total price $97,280.00 > > **This is a realistic rough estimate > > Thank you, > Wesley Walker > Superintendent > Walker Construction and Homes, Inc. > (912)276-0600" This wasted my time ,the property isn't worth close to 96k.You can build a house cheaper .This is very unrealistic. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
