Palm Springs Plumbing & Septic

I received a high water bill after an extended period away from home and called Palm Springs Plumbing and Septic to assess my water system for leaks. David Duran responded the same day and identified a leak between the meter and the house. David and Dalton replaced the service line to the house within 48 hours and solved our problem. Palm Springs gave me excellent and timely service, kept me updated as to what they were doing, the timeframe to complete the job and offered a reasonable price for the work to be done. I’m glad to have a reliable and responsive plumber that I can count on when needed.

Quick response, good service, reasonable rate.

It was not good! Tech took down brand new insulation,left it laying on floor.I did not see it til he had left, I call, he came back out, said he left it down because it had been stapled to floor boards under house. Would have been nice if he had told me, he better stick to plumbing, insulation is stapled up. Very old house, floorboards are 3 in thick, that is how they keep insulation under house from falling!!! I looked after he left, more hanging down that he fooled with. Guess I will have to go under and fix, I am done with This Co. Terrible. Hope he repaired leak to well better, Will not call them or recommend to anyone!

I have to wait and see how plumbing job was, tech fixed leak under house to my well! He took down new insulation I just had done, left it all on floor to crawl space! He did come back but his excuse was that he left it that way because he thought I might want to find another way than stapling it to floor boards ! He better stick to plumbing, this is an old house, floor boards are 3 in. Or more! That is how insulation is installed!! Not happy!

They did great as far as I can tell

Servicemen worked diligently to stop massive water leak from a ruptured water heater that was installed under the house. They to had to reroute the line to another water heater that was the ruptured heater was tied into ! What a nightmare. They pulled the old water heater out and hauled it away! Robert was amazing!!
