Experience Heating and Air Conditioning provides HVAC system installation, maintenance, inspection and repair services to building and home owners and property managers. We will provide specialized services, focusing on the installation of heating and cooling equipment, including central air conditioning units, furnaces, and hot water heaters. Our experience and on going training will provided you with the proper installation of any new equipment. This is critical for ensuring that heating and cooling equipment performs to its maximum capacity and efficiency. Correct installation requires expertise in proper sizing of equipment, duct sealing, optimizing of air flow, and proper refrigerant charge for central air conditioners and heat pumps. We are 100% capable of servicing or repairing any manufacture that is on the market. We consistently are working with our suppliers to drive down our purchasing price so we can share that savings with our customers. Our goal is to build a family type relationship with our customers and treat each one with their best interest in mind.

Services we offer

We have maintenance contracts for a low price of $18 dollars a month, covering one system with two visits per year. Our contract customers also do not have to worry about a diagnostic charge in case any break downs do occur. Thats right, free service calls for contract customers. We offer considerable finance options for those on a restricted budget. If a service call is booked and yet no repairs are required after inspection of the equipment, you will not be billed anything for that call.
