They responded rather quickly. I think they're prompt, reliable they keep you up to date when they are coming. The online portal is nice. I used them previously before for a rodent issue and is why I choose them again. Their quality, punctuality and trustworthiness stands out the most. I don't have any complaints with them.

I wasn't pleased, so I just didn't bother with them any more. It seemed like they just came and walked the yard. They kept trying to come back which I thought was stupid. I watered it for the feed for the weeds for two weeks and I saw no results. I don't know what the hell they did, but I didn't see any grass growing. When you talk to them before they come out, they talk real positive. When they get out here, it's not that at all, because I had two trees removed and I told them I really want seeds to be in there so it can grow. I still have bald patches, I will just wait until this fall, get some seeds, and hopefully I can get it to grow by next year.

We had 4 different homes inspected before we purchased one. Our inspector was beyond EXCELLENT and THOROUGH. I was very impressed with him and his work. He was very personable and explained things as well as answered all my questions. I highly recommend Inspect-All Services, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

See absolutely no difference. a real waste of money

It was great. One of their agents was recommended to me, but he wasn't available. I was nervous about that, but didn't need to be. These guys are thorough! Found a few things that were very helpful to know. Report was excellent - easy to use format, with photos and descriptions of the good the bad and the ugly. I thought the price was kind of steep, but I think everything costs too much . . .

They didn't finish job because our yard was larger than the one in the deal. But they did come back and finish the job at no charge.

They have a seasonal package to take care of everything. I've used them over two years and just love them.

I purchased a Big Deal for lawn aeration and I cannot see much difference with my grass.

Everything went great and the grass is growing much better. We had parts of the lawn that weren't growing and the aerations did great. Customer service is stellar at the office and the reps who show up to do the work are clean and friendly. I use this company for many services and have never been disappointed.

1) Mosquito treatment was effective and I signed for 2 additional treatments 2) Roof analysis not only saved me from getting a new roof, but the exam also advised whether there were areas in the attic that pests could get in. Fortunately, in both regards, everything was fine. 3) Great job on initial treatment with killing some of the weeds. Will engage Inspect All with other treatments to continue caring for my lawn. I had another company for 18 months for the lawn that took my money, but could not provide effective weed treatments nor was their Management responsive to my calls for escalation. Inspect All came in and after the first treatment, I could see a difference with less weeds. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, prompt attention, and overall excellent servicing.

Great I have not seen any of those unwanted flowers in my grass.

The aeration process was fine but the seeding has been totally ineffective. They applied seeds with the original aeration. After 3 to 4 weeks not a single new blade of grass had sprouted. They came back out to seed again. Approximately 2 to 3 weeks have elapsed, and again no new grass.

The great majority of the sappling is gone. Amazing!

The resealing of the basement window went well--nice job. The painting of the laundry room ceiling was poorly done. The paint job looks very unprofessional. Someone else will have to be hired to repaint the laundry room ceiling.

Rescheduled service as "driver was sick". When they did show up a week later, they were there for about 20 minutes. Yard looks worse now than before they came out.

We postponed until the fall because the best type of grass for my yard (soil and sun/shade) is a shade tolerant fescue - which the technician told me was best to wait until fall in order to Erradicate the existing grass/weed bed and seed in the fall when temps cool back down about 15-20 degrees. Very helpful and friendly, informed. Now I just have to reschedule and hopefully the grass responds as well as the service has been from inspect-all.

Very well. We had large brown spots in our lawn. They have almost all disappeared. Definitely pleased with the services performed.

We had a complete inspection performed, including mold, pest, and radon inspection, on our home prior to purchasing. In short, it was a most thorough report, even in the opinion of our realtor who sees many. The company did an excellent job of coordinating inspectors within each of their areas of expertise, creating a convenient one-stop-shop experience. On the down-side, items reported as fine weren't, and we spent months making repairs before moving in (i.e. roofing, bathroom pipes that leaked into basement ceiling).

I purchased a lawn care package last year and my lawn still looks spotty without grass in quite a few areas and is plagued by weeds. I was sold on the organic idea, but the fact is that 1). the weed killer applied smells just like the regular chemical stuff. 2). weeds are still there. I was told last year that the barren was caused by drought. Well, the drought is gone this year, but not the barren area.
