Description of Work: I got a full home inspection done on a home I am under contract to purchase. Cost was approx $300. The inspection was completed without any issues. The inspector showed up on time, completed the inspection within the estimated time they stated they would, and emailed me the inspection later that day (same day). Very punctual and professional! Inspection was very thorough, including the infrared pictures. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Description of Work: They were very professional. First they came out(Robert) adn set traps in the attic. Then Chris and his crew came and sealed up all the holes, put up flashing, gutters etc... the next day Jerry came out and put in a one way door to get the trapped rodent out. hopefully they are all gone or dead.

Description of Work: They did a full inspection on a house we were looking to buy. While it was easy to set up an appointment, and the provider arrived on time, he missed a couple of pretty big issues. The water main was leaking in the crawl space and yard, and so we had to have it replaced. One of the chimneys was in danger of falling over, so we had to have it taken down. Just a little disappointed that those things weren't brought up.

Description of Work: Inspect-All Services performed a home inspection as well as a termite inspection for us. I wasn't completely sure what to expect because their quote came in lower than everyone else with high ratings by at least $100. I was so pleased with their work though! Tom, the home inspector, was extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and friendly. He spent over three hours walking us through everything we needed to know about the property. He answered all of our questions and provided valuable insights. I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to others!

After learning of the services provided for inspection, most of the items they would be inspecting are not hooked up in the property. Both parties are in agreement that their services would not be beneficial at this time, and are in agreement a refund should be given in the full amount of $325.00.

Description of Work: Tom Maybury inspected a house for us and there is not one thing he could have done better. He was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and professional. He provided a very comprehensive report with photographs, thermal images and corrective actions. Most importantly he was very timely and delivered the report when promised. It was very useful in negoiations and made us fully aware of the condition of the home. He uncovered some very costly repairs ($,000's), some hidden and some serious hazards. Exactly what every buyer needs before ending due diligence. I already have him scheduled to inspect our next house. Need I say more?

Description of Work: Very good experience. Right from scheduling the home inspection until I got the report. The customer service was excellent . Time Reed the inspector was very professional and did a thorough job on the inspection. He provided me with a detailed report with tons of pictures clearly stating areas of concern and issues to watch out for. He gave me the report the same evening as the inspection which is great. The report is electronic and easy to share with buyers and realtors. Overall very happy with their services.
