Description of Work: A vapor barrier of thick plastic was installed over all of the open dirt ares under the house. The workers (2) were both personable and professional. I would certainly hire this company again.

Description of Work: Exterminator did not have shoe covers. Used bathroom 1st thing. No dead spiders spotted. Had to hire someone else to get spiders.

Description of Work: Did not go as expected. The service provided was not any where near what was promised when purchased from Angie's List; clearly a miscommunication & misunderstanding. This was at best a cursory inspection, no pest intrusion inspection and so forth. To date have not received the 1000 sq ft crawl space vinyl liner per the ad on Angie's list.or a quotation for the additional crawl space liner required. |My impression is this was only a visit to comply with the $199 paid to Angie's list, nothing more.

Description of Work: I was advised by another service that solar insulation material in my attic was coming down. When I had that company come out to make the repair they indicated there might be squirrels in the attic that pulled it down. I contacted Inspect All Services due to their close proximity and the high number of positive comments on Angie's List. The service person inspected the property and showed me that there was signs of recent activity. We agreed to the rodent exclusion work as well as gutter guards. They showed up on time and with sufficient manpower to complete the work within a reasonable period of time. They then set traps in the attic to catch any rodents that might not have escaped. A service tech came out weekly to check the traps before declaring we were free from any activity. We are eligible to renew the exclusion warranty on an annual basis.

Description of Work: Inspect house for termite activity prior to renewing termite contract. Everything went fine. Service rep was on time and called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Explained everything he would be doing. Very easy & comfortable to work with.

Description of Work: Treated for Mosquitos back of yard/woods near creek. It was hot and the technician did try hard and seemed to not slack off or anything. Seems to have worked to some extent, still have mosquitos, but I would say not as many. Not sure how long it will last. It was worth it at this discounted price.

Description of Work: Punctual and professional in the set up. Their guy drilled through our irrigation line but they paid for repairs.

Description of Work: Vapor barrier was not completely what I expected. From what I've seen from other companies is that the ground is covered completely and the pillars. The technicians that serviced my crawlspace just laid the plastic on the ground. Dirt still exposed in certain areas and they just cut around pillars. Instead of moving a cement block( maybe 10 lbs) the just cut around it.

Description of Work: Installed Sentricon termite stations and provided quarterly pest control. done very thoroughly and technician was very informative and professional.
