Description of Work: They treated rental home for a severe cockroach infestation and are continuing now on a month-to-month basis. After the initial treatment, they even came in and shop-vacuumed the home, including kitchen cabinets. I will continue to use their services. Every employee I have had contact with has been professional and courteous.

Description of Work: When this company came to conduct the initial check for placement of vapor barrier, they tried to sell me an upcharge vapor barrier that was not mentioned in the Angie's list email. Additionally, the Angie's List email did not state that there could be an additional charge to remove the old vapor barrier which there was with this company. As a result, we requested a refund from Angie's List and did not allow this company to proceed with installation of the vapor barrier.

Description of Work: Wildlife exclusion, whole house. Activity in crawl space, everything else was preventive. Seemed pricey for what we got. Supervisor needs some training in communication with homeowner and customer service. First agent sent tried to sell us all kinds of other services, some not even necessary, learned later he was a salesman, not a technician. Felt more like a cog in the profit wheel, not a valued client.

Description of Work: Removed old crawl space covering, made new crawl space door, placed new crawl space covering. Did not expect removal off old crawl space covering to be over $250. given crawl space was 770 sq. ft.

Description of Work: Company called quickly to set up series of visits, then immediately sent email confirming the schedule. Technician was exactly on time and first thoroughly explained the process and what they would do on all visits. |He checked entire attic, basement and crawl spaces for evidence of rodent activity. Also went on roof and looked at shingles, behind gutters, chimney, around vent pipes and skylight. Found several old nests and two newer, very small nests that were potentially "under construction." Technician set several baited traps in attic and basement, and outside he sealed likely entry points. He was very knowledgeable about the habits of, and telling differences between, mice, rats and squirrels, and what was invading my attic-which I could hear nightly, and the basement (which I was unaware of). |On first return visit, technician checked all traps and sealed sites. He found one new hole, and removed one trapped rodent. He re-sealed the hole. There has been no further activity since. Technician was prompt and thorough on each visit, friendly and offered very helpful suggestions. I had to reschedule visits twice due to unforeseen time conflicts, and without complaint or problem they were able to make new times that fit my schedule. |I would definitely call this company again if the critters return.

Placed two types of traps (4 heavy duty standard and 4 sticky). |Offered me a contract for $1000+ dollars to rat-proof house, which I did not accept. I did the work myself and bought more traps and poison for less. |They caught 1 rat for which I am grateful. |They denied that I had a mole or vole problem even after I described the one that I caught and showed evidence in my front and back yards. The service provider wanted me to believe that the raised dirt in my front yard was due to tire prints. After showing similar marks in the back yard he did not change his view.
